Ingredients:

  • 4 cups spring mix (or mixed greens of your choice)

  • 6-8 French breakfast radishes, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese (optional)

  • 1/4 cup toasted nuts (such as walnuts, almonds, or sunflower seeds)

  • Olive oil (for drizzling)

  • Lemon juice (to taste)
