C.S.A. Agreement

As a C.S.A. Member you agree to the following:

Tsedah Farms actively farms to insure that you receive the highest quality vegetables in your weekly share. Respecting our commitment to you as our customer, you agree to the following:

I assume the responsibility to pick up my share box at the pick-up point, on the designated day, during the designated time frame.
If for any reason, I am unable to pick up, I may arrange pick up with a friend or neighbor. If no one picks up I understand my share will be donated to the Crystal Lake Food Pantry
I understand my share is based on a growing season.
I understand that the shares may vary in content and quantity of items from week to week and will receive produce that is in season. There is a large variety each week, the produce will change throughout the growing season. Tsedah Farms will always try to be as generous as possible.

I understand that as a C.S.A. member, I am committing to pay for the entire season of weeks that I am purchasing. If for any reason I am not able to continue as a member, I agree to find a replacement or I am still responsible for the remaining weeks of the season. My agreement to be part of the share box helps cover the seasonal costs of labor, seed, equipment, insurance, etc. to develop our farm to be a long-lasting farm for the community.

YOUR COMMITMENT ASSURES YOUR WONDERFUL GREENS/ROOTS/HERBS WILL BE SET ASIDE FOR YOU EACH WEEK! WHAT A YUMMY SUMMER AHEAD!

We will not be able to issue refunds.
